Deliveries to the Chilliwack Community In February
While delivering the quilts this month Ginger was invited in to view the children's room at Hospice to see how some of the quilts they receive from our guild are used; in this case to decorate the chairs in the lounge.
Ginger also chatted with three people at Community Policing and they told her how much the quilts are appreciated and that when they wrap a child up in one they are over the moon with happiness.
So heart warming to hear our efforts are very much appreciated; keep it going ladies.
Projects Completed At Home
Now that we are spending so much more time at home and in our sewing rooms there is much extra time to be spent making We Care quilts for our community.
The postings here will be of those that would have been shown at our We Care dispaly during the general meetings. Please share what you have made.
Keep up the great work ladies, our community will be so greatful once deliveries can be made again.

Youth Bags
Sat Nov 30 guild volunteers showed up to layout all the items to fill the bags. An assembly line was formed and the bags were filled, tagged for the gender and stacked ready for delivery. All this we completed in record time, just 30 minutes. Thank you to the guild members for your generous donation of items and to the ladies who showed up to do the filling.
