Share your JOURNAL PROJECTS here.

What will you try?    What do you want to experiment with?

Journal Project Challenge

The Journal Project Challenge is an opportunity for you to experiment, learn and broaden your quilting knowledge.  The items you make are small so you won't be investing too much time if it doesn't work out but if it does work you can keep building on your idea to expand your skills and creativity.  The project officially ends at our June meeting; however, you can continue as long as you please.

So what is it about -

- experiment with colour, image, composition, materials, technique

- determine your size,  preferably no larger than 12" x 12"

- decide if it will be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly

- think about what you will do with them when done

Most importantly have fun with it, if you are not enjoying the process stop or try something different.

There are basically no rules, they can all be broken . . . if you want to do one a day go for it :)

You don't have to make it into something but it would be wonderful if you would share your journey with other guild members by bringing what you have experimented with each month to the meeting.
